Iced Black Tea with White Peach and Tonka Bean
BLACK TEA ICED WITH WHITE PEACH AND TONKA BEAN
The tonka bean is a seed contained in the fruits of the Brazilian teak tree. It is a spice with warm and powerful aromas that evoke notes of almond, vanilla and caramel. Suffice it to say, delicious!
Black, oblong, a little wrinkled, this bean is used grated to flavour desserts and sometimes drinks.
