Delivery

For addresses in mainland France, Standard delivery is free on orders of €49 or more. Express delivery remains €10.99. Available options and charges are confirmed before you place your order.

Standard delivery in mainland France: estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 days.

Delivery charges

• Mainland France: Standard €7.99 for orders under €49; free Standard delivery from €49; Express €10.99.
• We currently deliver only to metropolitan France, including Corsica. Deliveries to other destinations are suspended.

Available options and final charges depend on the delivery address and the order amount after discounts.

Payments

Your payment is fully secure. We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Apple Pay / Google Pay

All transactions are encrypted using SSL. Your bank details are never stored on our servers.

Returns & Refunds

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the relevant items within 14 days of that notification.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at contact@citronsafran.com and include your order number.

Your refund will be made using the payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. It may be withheld until we receive the items or proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
