1. These terms and conditions of sale

These terms define the contractual relationship between DAGDA SARL, 22 Grand Rue, 67000 Strasbourg, France — Tel.: +33 9 52 78 18 01 — SIRET: 82317337200025 — VAT number: FR38823173372 — Share capital: €5,000, and the individual buyer, and the conditions applicable to purchases through DAGDA's online shop, www.citronsafran.com.

An individual buyer is a natural person who uses the Products for their own needs and those of their family and friends.

Purchasing goods through this website implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these terms. These terms prevail over any other general or specific terms not expressly accepted by DAGDA.

2. Products offered

The products offered are those in the catalogue published on www.citronsafran.com, subject to stock availability.

Catalogue photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product, particularly as regards colours.

3. Sales

3.1 Products are offered subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email or telephone and offer you a choice of:

• A refund for the missing products by bank card, cheque or PayPal
• OR a refund in the form of a voucher
• OR replacement products of your choice with a value equivalent to the missing products

3.2 The minimum order quantity is one product.

3.3 DAGDA retains ownership of delivered Products until invoices have been paid in full and reserves the right to suspend delivery in the event of late payment.

3.4 DAGDA reserves the right to refuse an order or require advance payment in the event of overdue invoices or insolvency.

Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. The seller will send confirmation of the recorded order by email.

4. Product returns

4.1 Whatever the sales channel, you have 14 days from receipt of the Product to notify us that you wish to return it if it does not suit you, then 14 days from that notification to return it, without having to give a reason.

4.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, only unused Products that are properly protected, in their intact original packaging, in perfect condition and suitable for resale will be accepted, together with any accessories, instructions, documentation and the corresponding invoice.

4.3 Return costs are borne by the customer, except where a product is defective or we have made an error.

5. Prices

Product prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. DAGDA reserves the right to change prices at any time; only the price shown on the website on the date of the order applies to the buyer.

Free Standard delivery on orders from €49 in mainland France.

6. Payment

Purchases can be paid for by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is secured using SSL. DAGDA does not retain the Customer's bank details.

The order is recorded and confirmed once payment is accepted by the banking institution.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering.

Carriers and delivery times:

• Available delivery methods are those offered at checkout.
• Mainland France: Standard delivery, estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 days
• We currently deliver only to metropolitan France, including Corsica. Deliveries to other destinations are suspended. Available options and applicable charges are confirmed before you place your order.

Delivery times are indicative. Circumstances beyond our control may cause delays (exceptional weather, incomplete address, etc.).

If delivery to a collection point is offered at checkout, you have 10 working days from the arrival of your parcel at the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.

You must check the quantity and condition of the Products on receipt. If a Product is damaged or missing, record the usual reservations with the carrier and inform DAGDA within 7 days of receipt.

8. Guarantees

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the statutory warranty provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. A product that does not conform may be returned to the seller, who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

9. Liability

DAGDA cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of stock shortages or product unavailability, disruption or total or partial strikes, particularly affecting postal services, transport or communications, flooding or fire.

10. Disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law.

If a complaint to DAGDA customer service does not receive a satisfactory response or an amicable solution within 60 days, the Customer may contact the consumer mediator:

Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Strasbourg, except disputes involving natural persons to which the statutory rules on jurisdiction apply.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of www.citronsafran.com and the blog's data are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of DAGDA SARL. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, distribute or use any website elements, whether software, visual or audio, in whole or in part. Any simple link or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without written consent from DAGDA SARL.

12. Right of access and rectification
