Brewing time: 

For a perfect cup of Winter Euphoria Rooibos, infuse for 5 to 7 minutes in simmering water.

Quantity: 

Use one teaspoon of Winter Euphoria Rooibos per 250 ml of water. 

Temperature: 

Boiling water, at around 100°C, is ideal for extracting the rich flavours of our blend, ensuring an optimal tasting experience in every cup.

Winter Euphoria Rooibos celebrates winter flavours. The rich, earthy taste of rooibos pairs perfectly with the spicy notes of cardamom and pink pepper, the refreshing tang of lemongrass and orange peel, and the comforting sweetness of apple and rose petals. Subtle touches of cocoa and green maté add further depth and complexity, making every cup a truly euphoric experience.

The history of Winter Euphoria

Rooibos, or “red bush”, is native to the Cederberg mountains of South Africa, where Indigenous peoples have valued its unique taste for centuries. Inspired by this ancestral tradition, our Winter Euphoria Rooibos incorporates flavours from around the world, offering an infusion that celebrates cultural diversity and harmony. Every ingredient tells a story, from ancient local traditions to shared moments of celebration, together creating a tasting experience that awakens the senses.

Rooibos, lemongrass, cocoa husk, apple, nettle, orange peel, natural flavouring, pink pepper, green maté, cardamom, verbena and rose petals

Storage advice: 

Place your spice in an airtight, opaque container and keep it away from moisture in a clean, dry place. For a transparent container, follow the same advice and keep it in a drawer or cupboard to protect it from light.
